Step One: Open Photofiltre and the image you wish to use.

Step Two: At the right, click on the Clone Stamp Tool. [Example HERE.]

Step Three: Click on your image and a pop-up should appear. Read and follow the intructions given by the pop-up. [Example HERE.]

Step Four: Finally, you may now duplicate your image by pressing and holding the left-click on your mouse. [Example HERE.]

You are now done and should have a similar image to the result above.
